On my first visit he seemed to be very professional and thorough, but he was very direct and to the point. That’s not a bad thing at all, he inspired confidence and seemed to be very capable. But on the second visit he was very personable and engaging while still being very professional. He is going to great lengths to get to the root of my problem, and I’m very glad he’s the doctor treating me. TOA has very high standards for their providers, and Dr Shepherd seems to be a perfect fit for TOA.
