I visited Phelps Memorial Er 2 x recently for acute hives. I’m a cancer patient. His bedside manor, ability to understand what I was going thru, compassion and treatment helped me tremendously. I’m not yet 100 percent but feeling so much better walking out of the er than when I walked in thanks to him.
