Dr. Bastian hasn’t been in San Antonio very long so I wanted to give him a review. Mom moved to San Antonio and needed a doctor. I took my mom to him in February because he was a five minute drive away. We were so pleased from start to finish. She went again in April. First thing is the ladies up front…super professional and gracious on the phone and in person. Both times it was a fifteen minute wait at most. Unreal, right? Then his nurse…so kind and patient! Mom can’t hear and instead of yelling, the nurse removed her mask so Mom could see her lips and wrote when needed so Mom could read what was being said. Dr. Bastian didn’t rush the appointment, answered all our questions, explained everything clearly. He called me the next day to explain bloodwork results. I’ve NEVER had a doctor call me and that was beyond nice in my book! The office has a portal with everything posted immediately. I wish I lived nearer to SA so he could be our family doctor.
