We've been taking our three children to Dr. Segall for six years. She must have some kind of photographic memory because she will say things like, "Back in February, you came into the office. We were in this exam room and you said this thing. How was that going?" She has worked with us on tough diagnoses and treats the children with great respect, always making them feel heard. When we have serious concerns after hours, she calls us back to talk us through what's happening and make decisions about going or not going to the ER, etc. I just can't say enough about her.
