During my extended illness, Dr Ertel provided clear and clinical explainations of my prognosis and course of care. His clear explainations are a source of comfort to me. Dr. Ertel is not "touchy feely", but an advocate in combating serious, life threatening illness. I really value his compassion and ability to answer questions and offer explainations. I'm cancer free now and I credit the care I received under his care.
