We had a wonderful experience tonight with Dr Scherer in the ER. Our 10 year old daughter had fallen and injured her chin. Beyond her injury, she was very scared that she would need surgery and about the unknowns of an ER visit. Dr Scherer was incredibly kind and gentile with her, making feel instantly at at ease. He quickly repaired her injury and she left feeling healthy and so relieved. We could not be more grateful.
