My experience with Dr. Creel originated with the need for an emergent appendectomy. While I had no previous interactions with this surgeon, his calm demeanor and professionalism eased any anxiety I may have had. He took the time to explain each step to both myself and my wife and was readily available to answer questions. When an issue arose several days after discharge, Dr. Creel returned my call within 10 minutes (on a Saturday - his day off) of my request and quickly addressed my needs. A+++
