Matched my efforts in identifying the underlying mechanisms that have been limiting my progress moving forward. Read a couple books I was also reading and found resources to help naked an informed approach to my treatment plan. After going through a couple therapists she stood out as someone who not only was there for a paycheck but really wanted to help me identify solutions. I am very grateful for her efforts.
