Doctor Ahluwalia knows his lungs. He is a good Physician. He is a caring person. His office staff don't know what they are doing. They don't use the right codes to bill Medicare with, and he thinks that Medicare has just stopped paying for things. They told me that they don't use cpt codes - just ICD -10. I even took them in a print out of the new codes that came up this year, and they didn't want it. I've gotten the same bill from a lab 4 times, and I've taken it to the office 3x and I'm not taking it there anymore.. I will call Medicare myself.. Once I was put on hold for almost 20 mins, and other times I've been hung up on, before they even know who is calling or if it's an urgent matter. They are friendly enough when you go into the office, but not when you try to call in, or get them to bill correctly. So I would rate Doctor Ahluwalia a 5, but his office staff maybe a 2.
