My pre-surgical meeting was terrific. Dr. Helm demeanor in the office is friendly, not rushed, and instills confidence. She asks good questions, is a good listener, and explains things well. She took her time to explain the alternative surgical procedures to address my circumstance and the pros and cans of each. Although she did not take notes during the visit, I was amazed by the level of detail that she included in her write-up of the office visit. I came away with my questions answered and happy to have the surgery scheduled. Dr. Helms' demeanor is a step above the norm for doctors.
