I had lost my 2nd Primary physician (both moved to another area) in the past 8 months, so trying to get a new doctor in our area has been very difficult to say the least. I contacted Dr. Roland's office immediately after finding out that she was accepting new patients, and was scheduled for a month out, but was placed on the wait list just in case. They contacted me with a cancellation for a next day appointment and I snagged it. Dr. Roland's staff was friendly, answered a few questions that I had as well as going over the forms to fill out as a transfer patient with Sutter. Dr. Roland arrived in the room and introduced herself as well as communicated that she had already read through my chart before seeing me. This was a first! She set me up with referrals for health procedures to get me caught up. She went over my next steps to a healthier me and did follow ups through My Health.
