He tells you everything he's going to do before he touches you. He thoroughly explains when he's asked a question. He never rushes through procedures. He will double check with billing if cost is a concern. He volunteers with senior citizens that cannot afford dental care and do not have insurance which demonstrates he puts people above personal enrichment. He's knowledgeable, experienced, warm, friendly, funny. He performed a complex root canal for me several years ago. He saved my tooth. It also was not painful.
