Dr Riordan LISTENED to my concerns and addressed every one of them. Other specialists in different areas had not treated me well, so I was very sensitive for any perceived slights. As a retired RN, I had worked with telemetry and have enough knowledge to know when a medical professional doesn't know what they are talking about. Dr Riordan reaffirmed that there are still doctors who care, even when they go way past the allotted appointment time answering questions.
