I recently had my third surgery. My first two surgeries ended with a severely sore throat, lasting for a few weeks or longer. My third surgery was with Dr. Johnson. I am only a few days out of surgery, and my throat has very minor pain this time. Dr. Johnson had discussed with me my previous intubations and knew that I was very susceptible to pain in this regard. I don't know what changes he made from previous intubations, but the outcome was significantly better. I am very thankful to him.
