It was great to meet Dr. Michael Luchini, Orthopedic Doctor and his nurse Lori during an office visit. I was very impressed with them both. Dr. Luchini was very pleasant, showed concern, and did not rush me. He really listened and was very skilled in explaining why I was having the problem. Also important was that he showed me that I was a priority. He made me feel that he cared and made me very comfortable in expressing the reason for my visit. These are important skills needed and a way of building a rapport and establishing good working relationship with clients. A great doctor.
