The front desk staff, the PA, and Dr. Loeb were all professional, personable, and stellar to work with. Dr. Loeb was explanatory without being condescending or patronizing, he made sure that I understood my diagnosis and limitations while I heal, and made sure to leave the door to communication open should I need further care before my follow up.
