Dr. O'Byrne performed a balloon valvuloplasty on our 3 week old who is recovering amazingly a month after her procedure. Her condition was congenital and started at 'severe' and is now in the 'mild' range, all thanks to the care from Dr. O'Byrne and the cardiology team at CHOP and Lancaster General. Dr. O'Byrne remained professional and academic during our time at CHOP, providing us fair doses of best case, worst case, and likely scenarios during our conversations pre-op to keep us well informed
