Dr. Kittay is kind, takes his time to listen & always has given me sound advice. He is practical and realistic in his approach. He keeps things simple and gives me attainable goals. He is super brilliant when it comes to addictions. He knows what meds will help immediately and long term, & suggest safety nets that can help in everyday life. He is prompt on returning calls and genuinely cares. He can be very direct, he will call you out on your BS,and while it may feel stern, it is to keep you on track in that moment of time when my brain is acting off of emotions not problem resolution. I hope that makes sense. (Like a father telling his child to get off something dangerous before they fall … and once they are safe on the ground lovingly explain why he demanded the child to get down for their safety). Over all I can’t say enough great things. He is brilliant at what he does… has helped me so much through the years. As far as proper meds - he def knows what he is doing 100%
