I broke my wrist and felt impatient. I was expecting guests and unhappy with the length of time between the break, the consult, and surgery. Dr. Margolis took the time to keep me informed about my injury, impending surgery, and recovery. He listened to my concerns and went out of his way to work with my time schedule. While I didn't get my way, I felt respected and listened to. He was looking out for me and I not only trust him, but would most definitely refer him to friends and family.
