I have to chime in here. Because of the mixed reviews, I was very anxious of meeting Dr. Chu. I figured it would either be great, or absolutely terrible. He was amazing! This was my first time ever seeing an endocrinologist, and he did very well explaining all of my questions, as well as working with me on setting up a treatment plan based on my individual needs. He went out of his way to explain what his recommendation was, and also said that overall he wants to do what the patient wants. A++++
