Dr. Michael Simms has an awesome bedside manner, he is always cheerful and listens to my medical issues. He worked with me after I fired my last doctor. He saw immediately my insulin dosage was way to high, which is why I was hungry constantly and couldn't lose weight. After a through exam he explained his health plan he decided for me. I went from an A1C of 13+ to around 8 and I lost weight/pants sizes. When I couldn't progress any further he sent me to the best specialist in the SE. Which tells me he doesn't let ego get in the way of the best care for his patient. Which is the problem I had with my previous doctor. I give Dr. Simms the highest recommendation I possibly can.
