He was very diligent in asking the right questions to not only figure out the issues and treat the problem, but to uncover what the underlining issues were to treat that. Very patient and caring, and I knew I would be in good hands. Have seen Dr Kraft for a few follow up appointments as my primary care physician now and am very pleased.
