I greatly appreciate Dr. Brennan's expertise as my diabetes specialist. However, I've found the experience with the office staff, particularly the receptionist with the shorter hair, to be quite challenging. Her demeanor is consistently rude, lacking any warmth or empathy. Even simple interactions can feel belittling, as she tends to snap if responses aren't to her liking. Given that she's the initial point of contact upon entering the building, it's disheartening. Honestly, the thought of encountering her makes me reconsider returning to this clinic.
