Dr. Sheehan has been wonderful to work with! Telehealth appts allow a lot of flexibility. She is very knowledgeable, a great listener, asks important questions, and, above all, I feel like she cares about me. The patient portal she uses is easy to navigate. I haven't had any issues with billing, video visits, messages, or prescriptions.
