Patient Reviews

I had been pushed from one office to another at U of Lou and at Norton hospital. Finally the last Dr refered me to Dr. Benns, thankfully she did. He saved my life . I had a 40.5 lb hernia caused by bad surgery in another state. Dr Benns was the only Dr out of 4 that explained my situation, my complications and gave me a surgery. No mess on fuss. Dr Benns is very hands on and is very skilled. I would rate him as one of the best surgeons I've ever met in my life. Thank you Dr. Benns for being there for me or I would have died. You are superman to me.

A board certification represents a provider’s dedication to ongoing training in one or more specialties, including the completion of intensive exams. While not all specialties have board certifications, if your provider does have one they’ve taken the extra step to master their specialty and to keep up with the latest advancements in their field.
