Patient Reviews
Apr 21, 2022
I had right thyroidectomy march16, 2022. A month later I feel great & incision is barely visible. Matt listened to my concerns & addressed them. He took time to assess my anxiety as we looked at the possibility of finding cancer. I felt heard & seen & that my transparency would enhance my healing. I have never felt so included in the process, that my emotions were important & that voicing them & clarifying them was integral to determine my care.

About Me

Care Philosophy
  • Dr. Robertson usually enters the room with a fist-bump or high five with children and a cordial conversation with adults. He will usually ask about your job or family to try to get to know you. He has a "no-nonsense" approach to ENT problems and will be very candid that many don't have a known cause or cure. For example, we can't make ears stop ringing after decades of noise damage. We can't turn a magic faucet to make noses drip less but we can prescribe medication that helps. We can't always explain why a cough or throat tickle occurs. But we CAN provide a thorough examination with tests to ensure that these types of symptoms are not being caused by a more serious problem. We can look into the throat with scopes to make sure there is no cancer. We can use hearing tests and MRI's to rule out brain tumors. We can look into the nose with scopes to rule out tumors or polyps. So while we can't cure all ENT symptoms, we can provide tips that usually help and reassurance that is priceless.
