I am very new to this entire process and getting told I need a dental implant made me a little uneasy. I was referred to Dr Steffer and he was very calm and informative. The first consultation visit I got everything that I needed to know from the step by steps of how the implant will be done to the billing breakdown. I felt very comfortable with Dr Steffer fixing me up and he did a great job. The implant procedure itself went smooth and I was in an out in an hour maybe even less. I even had to go back to get my temporary cap fixed and he fit me in at the very end of his day and got me taken care of. He is a doctor that truly cares for his patients.
