My 13 year old son was having recurring tooth pain and dentist could not figure out why because it looked perfectly healthy. we got referral for Dr. Cox, made an appointment three days out however my son was in so much pain and there was so much swelling Dr. Cox was willing to see him right away. We arrived and five minutes after we were seen! He told us it was very small fracture causing nerve exposure and creating infection and my son had to have root canal done. He was mortified! Dr. Cox explained in detail what he would have to do and was able to get my son to agree to the procedure which Dr. Cox proceed to do shortly after we came for our emergency visit! He walked my son and I through all the steps while doing them and I can not thank him enough for being so patient with a 13 year old! His staff was just as wonderful and kind and I am so grateful they were able to help us right away! Wish there are more doctor like this out there!
