Dr. Martin takes his time and talks to my elderly mother. He asks questions and gives her time to explain her herself. He reminds me of the way doctors used to care for patients before individual practices were bought out by large hospital corporations and before insurance companies forced practitioners to see 50 patients a day to be profitable. This man's practice is going to explode because he is very knowledgeable about his field, makes the patients feel valued, and takes time to listen. He also must be a really nice man, personally, as his wife and mother help out in the office when needed (who are also extremely nice and treat you as a person instead of a number).
