Patient Reviews
Apr 07, 2024
I was introduced to Dr. Powers at the Little company of Mary in Torrance. I was advised that I needed heart valve surgery and Dr. Powers explain the procedures to me to me in detail . After the surgery Dr. Powers came by to my room daily to make sure that I was doing well. I would also like to recognize Mr. Francisco and Ms. Angie. Mr. Francisco also came daily to make sure that I was doing well and also he removed the tubes in my chest and explained to me what was going on and answered all my questions I had. Ms. Angie stop by after the surgery to give me a set of instructions to do when I arrive home. Ms. Angie called me several times to make sure that my blood pressure and I was doing OK. When I call Ms. Angie with a question or concern she would come back with answers promptly. In my opinion Dr. Powers, Mr. Francisco and Ms. Angie are the best of the best Dream Team in cardiothoracic surgery.
