Dr bear is a great doctor. But I spoke to a lady named Jane a receptionist I believe, she is one of the rudest people she should NOT be working with his patients, she didn't want to hear anything I had to say she spoke over me and just wanted the conversation to end apparently...which is kind of scary considering I'm having heart related issues that I was only trying to portray to her to relay my message to Dr. Bear but instead I got a very rude "go to the er, he's booked" and to have a nice day...dial tone. Wow. I'm so offended. Dr. Bear is wonderful and thorough. idk who reads these but to whoever it may concern...this woman Jane is awful. Im no Karyn. She really is terrible with people. Rude and completely unconcerned with patients or what they may be going through. I was calling to make an appointment and she disregarded me entirely
