Dr, Tempest is an excellent opthalmology surgeon. He was the surgeon for both of my intraocular lens procedures and the results were excellent with no post surgical problems. Some reviews indicate he is abrupt and can even be what some people would considered abrupt and maybe rude. However that may be because, during his interactions with patients, he is very focused and direct and his "bedside manner" is not a chit-chat situation.
