Every time we meet with Dr. McNeil, she listens to any concerns we have, gives us guidance on the upcoming milestones my son will be hitting- what to expect and how to handle it and always makes sure to know we are doing a great job with him. She is not judgmental if we do not want to do something reccomended & will give us another reccomendation that works better for us. If she saw adults, she would be my doctor as well!!! She is always early to every appointment, the appointments are easy to schedule and quick without being rushed. Her front desk staff and nurses are all so very nice and make us feel like we are a part of a family. I have nothing but good things to say about her and her practice
