Extremely positive! I am an overweight patient, and she helped me through my pregnancy without ever once fat-shaming me. She was very helpful in addressing my concerns each visit, and very sweet and short in her appts. She was very attentive throughout my pregnancy, making sure she or her staff would call back promptly with any medical concern I called about. She was very understanding when I asked to be induced a week early to avoid one of her associates who was on call the week of my due date. She literally ran to my room when I was ready to push (it came quite suddenly). I had a really great experience with Dr. Smith for my first pregnancy and delivery!!
