Had to go to the E.R. today and was lucky enough to get Dr. Grimm as the attending E.R. doctor. She is very personable, has a great bedside manner, and went out of her way to make sure I was comfortable and well taken care of. The entire staff at Plano Presbyterian was fantastic.
