Patient Reviews
Feb 01, 2022
After seeing other professionals for my daughter who were useless at best and some were harmful, Dr. Rubin diagnosed her immediately and started her on a path to recovery. As a young teen she was cutting herself and had suicidal thoughts. Now after being in Dr. Rubin's care, she is happy and healthy and doing phenomenal!

About Me

Care Philosophy
  • I have over 40 years of providing psychiatric care to adolescent and young adult patients. With a location near ASU, many college students, community colleges and high school students are seen to help manage anxiety and mood disorders. I see new patients starting at age 10 through age 22, in order to specialize in a student population where brief supportive therapy and medication management are combined with each visit. Additional therapy is available through adjunct services in our office or elsewhere. My focus is on depression, anxiety, bipolar, PTSD, autism spectrum, psychosis/schizophrenia, and other major psychiatric disorders, co-existing ADHD is included. Cultural and orientation diversity welcome.

Previously I have served on Faculty at Harvard, Boston University, and the University of Arizona College of Medicine.

A board certification represents a provider’s dedication to ongoing training in one or more specialties, including the completion of intensive exams.
