Dr Mark Paolucci is professional, knowledgeable & personable. His appts never feel rushed & he always takes time to listen & explain everything in detail. Dr Mark has a calming presence & is always willing to entertain my questions. During a recent appt, Dr Mark could see my anxiety build when trying to decide between options. He took the time to sit down & go back through pros & cons for each - then allowed me time to process the information, checking in every 15 min or so. After the 3rd check-in he took the time to just sit & chat. Being able to put a patient at ease - then gradually revisit options, answer questions, offer suggestions - w/ detailed reasoning, Dr Mark went above & beyond my expectations. In addition to allowing me time to think & not feel rushed, he was able to move things around & complete the procedure same day; he also called later that day to check on me. I trust his expertise & highly recommend Dr Mark and his highly professional and pleasant staff.
