I will not lie, I thought Dr. Tam was very nice, warm and efficient but her front desk staff was so insufferable. I was greeted with an attitude, given my paperwork and told doctor would be with me shortly. When I asked if she knew about how long the wait was she was so annoyed and bothered by me and it showed. She also did not give me an answer. She said “ I don’t know where she’s at in her day.” Like she’s not the one checking people in and running the calendar and appointments. It was so apparent, almost to the point where I said something. My pleases and thank yous stopped at that point because I will absolutely match your energy and hers was terrible. While I would recommend Dr. Tam I did start googling other providers for my follow ups because I refuse to be made to feel like an annoyance at a place that should feel welcoming and safe.
