In November of 2017 my husband was admitted to the hospital for a COPD exacerbation. Dr. Manuel Carcelen was the physician. We were so impressed with no only his thorough assessment of my husband and his compassion that we immediately changed from our previous dr. of 5 years to Dr. Carcelen. The care provided by Dr. Carcelen was a complete 180 in comparison to our previous Dr. at Brookwood Hosp. I would 100% recommend Dr. Carcelen and have.
