Wonderful first impression. It was clear that she had reviewed my chart prior to coming into room. Great communication skills - good listener with follow-up questions. Answered all of my questions and included health teaching in understandable and detailed way. Explained rationale for her recommendations while also getting my input and thoughts. Will definitely recommend to others.
