Was referred to Dr. Austgen and on my first visit was well versed in why I was there and clearly read through my medical history. She was patient and was able to be very clear in describing what was going on. She ordered an MRI, and SHE was the one to call back with the results and walk me through them. Usually, they have the nurses do this, but she took the time to call herself!
