To make a patient wait 4 hours on you is the most pathetic and distasteful gesture one could display! The bad thing about it is that this is normal for her! I don’t care how good you are you don’t do this!!!!! I watched her loose 2 patients today not including me! Get it together !!! No excuse! Never again!!!!
