We love Dr. Charles and her staff! The doctors are always happy to answer any of our questions and I never feel rushed like other offices. We almost never wait too long, and if we do the staff does its best to get us into a room so we're not out in the waiting room with other sick kids which is appreciated with my infant. My insurance always covered everything and I have not paid a single things out of pocket so I haven't experienced what the other reviews have mentioned.
