Always accepting new patients and available for patients of any age. After hearing mixed reviews I've come to know the physician and his staff to be available and responsive at a moment' notice for everything from urgent appointments to referrals and refills. There is an equally pleasant and up-to-date PA available when the physician is not and the receptionist/secretary/nurse is always prompt and incredibly easy to deal with. Dr. Richless is very easy to understand and speak with and seems to be both extremely experienced and current. This has given me confidence in him which is sometimes lacking in physicians with 40 years of experience. Unsure what to expect at first, I've come to value and depend on them. I wouldn't try to pay him in Bitcoin but I also wouldn't make any assumptions.
