Dr. Floyd was an absolute Godsend. We met her in a emergency situation and she was straightforward and direct about the risks we were facing. She was clear and concise in her communication style and her follow up was fantastic. Following an extremely long surgery she was clear about the continued risks, followed up later that evening for a second surgery that she warned us might be needed, and we saw her again early in the morning even though officially we weren't on her list for rounds. She answered questions clearly and was very willing to discuss the "what if" scenarios while preparing us for the worst case scenario without being negative. We will forever be thankful for the tremendous care provided by Dr. Floyd and the team at Northern Lights.
