After what felt like forever in a very crowded ED awaiting triage, we were seen by Dr. Avila. After taking the time to listen to us and our concerns, Dr. Avila took care of our child with the utmost compassion, and showed genuine concern while remaining professional. She quickly and accuratley identified our childs medical need, prescribed treatment accordingly, and we were discharged as soon as possible. We left the ED feeling extremely relived. I would highly recommend Dr. Avila to anyone.
