I am so grateful for Dr Letitia Banks. She listened to my concerns prior to my last surgery. She viewed my chart to see how she should tweak my anesthesia to make it so I would not experience a horrible side effect that I had in the past, and she was so caring! I kind of panicked a little at the start and she was so reassuring. I will never forget her words of encouragement, and how much more relaxed I felt during this surgery.
