5 + stars! I am a female MST patient. She is insightful and really cares about us patients. She has stayed after hours to do things like write a 100% IU paperwork for me. After hearing about my horrific gang rape in the army for around 6 hours, all while my hands and bound were and a gag in my mouth. And I was reliving it every single night. She prescribed a med that has taken 100% of the repeating nightmare away. Bountiful blessings on dr Greenspan and her family! I salute you
