Dr. Mohlman chose to take me on as a patient after seeing her in the walk-in facility and realizing I didn't have a PCP. My first visit with her was life-changing, as she quickly diagnosed Type 2 diabetes, and gave me both comfort and reassurance that I could change my outcome. Because of her guidance (and patience during a few "slip-ups") my A1C is steady at prediabetes levels. She does offer "tough love" on occasion, but that honesty and candor is precisely what I needed to change my life for the better. And I imagine most of these negative reviews are coming from people unprepared to hear the truth. Bedside manner is one thing, coddling is another. Dr. Mohlman tells patients what they need to hear to improve their lives. And I owe her a wealth of gratitude for it.
