Dr Bloom is a fantastic doctor.From the first time I met with him in Jan. He explained to me about the rotator cuff surgery and bicep tear and how he was going to repair it.I had the surgery in Feb on a Friday. They were very busy at the surgery center and he was not able to talk to me that day he called me Sunday morning and explained everything he found and did . I am still under his care recovering and having physical therapy . I would recommend Dr Bloom to everyone who needs an orthopedic surgeon .
